My Story 

Mark Bencito is a dedicated Holistic Massage Practitioner hailed in North Vancouver, British Columbia, with a deep-rooted mission to support individuals along their paths to wellness. Mark's journey into the realm of healing arts all began with a transformative Reiki session, an ancient japanese energy healing modality. This ignited a lifelong passion for alternative holistic healing modalities and nonconventional approaches to wellness. 

 

Driven by compassion and empathy, Mark pursued an 18-month diploma program at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2014, where his dedication led to notable achievements. In September 2015, Mark received an honorable mention for Clinic Volunteer Recognition in his graduating class. The impact of providing compassionate care to individuals with diverse health needs during his internship solidified Mark's belief in the profound benefits of therapeutic touch. 

 

Upon returning to Vancouver, Mark delved into his own personal healing journey while broadening his skill set in obtaining certifications in Basic Life Support, Shiatsu Foundations from the Canadian College of Shiatsu Therapy in North Vancouver, and Reflexology Certification from the Institute for Advanced Reflexology in Port Moody. Mark is also certified in Usui Reiki I & II and is a Violet Flame Energy Practitioner. 

 

A staunch advocate for continuous personal growth and empowerment, Mark strives to empower his clients towards embracing a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Beyond his massage practice, Mark is also an avid gardener and aspiring herbalist. He enjoys keeping fit with full body stretching, calisthenics, and hydrotherapy. Mark also practices Hecatean witchcraft, tarot divination, and  Neo-Shamanic practices for ongoing spiritual development.
