Booking & Cancellation Policy

​

At Earth Jaguar Holistic Massage, your time and well-being are deeply valued. To provide the highest quality of service and to honour both your schedule and mine, the following policies are in place:

​

Deposits & Payments

​

• New Clients: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

• Returning Clients: You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or pay the remaining balance during your session.

• Special Events, Group Bookings, or Extended Sessions (90+ minutes): Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve the date.​

• All Services are offered exclusively as mobile, outcall treatments 

• Services are provided by a Holistic Massage Practitioner (non-RMT) and are not eligible for insurance or medical benefits.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future booking if notice is given within the appropriate timeframe.

• In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule, any deposit or prepayment will be fully refunded or applied to your rescheduled session, based on your preference.

 

This policy ensures mutual respect, energetic integrity, and a smooth experience for all. Thank you for understanding and supporting a mindful, mobile service.

BOOKING PROCESS:

​

1. Optional Online Consultation: Email mark@earthjaguar.ca to schedule a free 15-30 minute consultation via Zoom. A PDF Health History Form will be sent to you and a Deposit Link (*New Clients Only). Over the phone consultations also an option. 

2. Health History & Deposit: To secure your booking, complete the Health History Form and email it to mark@earthjaguar.ca. Pay the 50% deposit via credit card (*Deposit Link attached to email) or by E-transfer to mark.bencito@gmail.com. All information is kept confidential.

3. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email and or Text with appointment details once the deposit and completed forms are received on my end. 

 

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

GENERAL GUIDELINES

​

• Clients receive dignified, respectful, and confidential treatment.

• Practitioner arrives 15-30 minutes early for setup; requires power, running water, and sink access.

• Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior; practice good hygiene and remove all jewelry.

• Reschedule/cancel appointments if ill or contagious.

• Minors (under 19) require parent/guardian-signed intake and parent presence for the entire session and booking.
